Log Calls Under Particular Zendesk Ticket

Overview

The Zendesk-JustCall integration enables users to log calls under your desired ticket and locate recorded calls within specific Zendesk tickets.

Steps to Log Calls

  1. Access your account: Sign into your JustCall account
  2. Navigate to a ticket: Open any Zendesk ticket requiring customer contact
  3. Launch the app: Open the JustCall application from the ticket sidebar
  4. Select a number: The dialer automatically retrieves phone numbers linked to the ticket; choose your target number
  5. Initiate the call: Place your call through the dialer
  6. Automatic logging: All the calls initiated from the ticket sidebar app will by default be logged under the same ticket

Key Feature

When initiating calls directly from the Zendesk ticket sidebar, the system automatically associates the call record with that specific ticket without requiring manual logging steps.
