Email Notifications for Missed Calls via Zapier

Overview

JustCall integrates with Zapier to enable automated email alerts when calls are missed on your business number.

This Zap requires the use of Filters, for this Zapier's paid plan is needed.

Setup Instructions

The integration involves three sequential tasks:

Task 1: Connect JustCall Account

• Open the pre-built Zap template in your browser
• Sign in to JustCall through Zapier
• Retrieve API credentials from your account developer settings
• Provide your API key and secret to authorize the connection
• Test the trigger using a sample incoming message
• Proceed to the next task

Task 2: Configure Missed Call Filter

• Confirm the filter conditions for the workflow
• Select the option to finish editing the conditions
• Proceed to Task 3 (ignore any warnings about sample data)

The filter ensures notifications only dispatch for missed calls rather than all incoming communications.

Task 3: Connect Gmail Account

• Authorize Gmail with Zapier
• Enter your email address in the recipient field
• Test the email delivery
• Activate the Zap
