Removing the HubSpot Integration from JustCall
Overview
Disconnecting HubSpot from JustCall prevents future syncing but preserves all existing data. This action does not delete or modify any of your existing HubSpot data—your contacts, activities, notes, and CRM records remain completely intact inside HubSpot.
Before Removing the Integration
Account Owners/Admins
- Removal affects the entire workspace for all users
- All team members lose syncing capabilities immediately
- Previously synced data remains unchanged
- No new calls, SMS logs, or JustCall activities will sync to HubSpot until the integration is reconnected
Team Members
- Cannot independently remove the integration
- Upon admin removal, HubSpot-related features disappear
- No new calls, messages, or notes will be pushed to HubSpot
- Existing synced CRM data persists in HubSpot
Removal Steps
Only Account Owners and Admins can remove the integration:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Integrations in the left menu
- Click the My Integrations tab and locate your integration
- Select the three-dot menu in the integration's top-right corner
- Choose Remove from the dropdown
- Select a removal reason from the popup options
- Optionally add details for feedback
- Click Remove to finalize
After Removal
For Admins/Owners:
- Integration disconnects immediately across the workspace
- Existing synced data remains unchanged
- Future calls and activities stop syncing
- Reconnection is available anytime
For Team Members:
- HubSpot syncing activity ceases
- No new activities log to HubSpot
- Previously synced CRM records remain intact
- Syncing resumes once admins reinstall the integration
