What you can do with the Bullhorn integration
The Bullhorn integration gives recruiting teams synced candidate data, click-to-dial, automated call and SMS logging, and candidate list import for outbound campaigns -- all without leaving Bullhorn.

Candidate and contact sync
JustCall syncs all candidates and contacts from Bullhorn. Records must include phone numbers in the following fields to sync and search correctly:

Click a candidate or contact badge during a call to view their Bullhorn profile and conversation history.
Click-to-call and click-to-text
Call and text candidates and contacts directly from Bullhorn without switching screens. Install the JustCall Chrome Extension and keep it pinned and active to receive incoming calls without opening the main JustCall app.
Automated call logging
JustCall logs all incoming calls, outgoing calls, missed calls, and voicemails. Each log includes duration, assigned agent, notes, disposition, and recording.
AI-generated data -- call summaries, transcription links, call scores, and key moments -- is included in call notes automatically.
Automated SMS logging
All SMS messages sent through JustCall are logged as Bullhorn notes. Incoming messages are assigned to the phone number owner. Outgoing messages are assigned to the team member who sent them.
Candidate list import to Sales Dialer
After a one-time admin setup (about 5 minutes), any team member can import candidate lists from Bullhorn into Sales Dialer without manual contact entry.
Close the current Sales Dialer tab before importing another candidate list to ensure a successful import.
Admin control
Admins and account owners can configure integration settings and enforce them across all team members. Only other admins or account owners can modify enforced settings.
Use any JustCall dialer
Once integrated, use any JustCall dialer -- Web Dialer, Chrome Extension, Desktop Dialer, or mobile app -- to make and receive calls and texts. All activity logs to Bullhorn in real time.
Limitations
- Notes are associated with all candidate and contact records found under a single phone number.
- When a phone number is not found in Bullhorn, you can create either a Candidate or a Contact. Contact creation requires a company field. JustCall creates a default company called "JustCall" for new contacts.
