Allow API Access for Zoho Integration
Overview
To integrate JustCall with Zoho CRM, you must enable API access on your Zoho account. This guide walks through the necessary configuration steps.
Steps to Enable API Access
Step 1: Access Settings
Log into your Zoho account and click the settings icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Navigate to Security Control
Select "Security control" from the settings menu.
Step 3: Create a New Profile
Create a new profile by cloning the Standard profile as your base template.
Step 4: Enable API Access
In the Extension profile section under Zoho, ensure that API access is enabled for your new profile.
Step 5: Access User Management
Return to settings and select users under the "users and control" section.
Step 6: Assign the Profile to Users
Edit the desired user account and assign the newly created profile with API permissions under the roles field.

Once you complete these configurations, your JustCall account will be ready to integrate with Zoho CRM.
