Sync disposition codes with Freshsales call outcomes

Keep call categorization consistent by syncing JustCall disposition codes with Freshsales call outcomes. When an agent selects a disposition in JustCall, the matching outcome appears in Freshsales automatically.

Available on: Team plan or higher


Set up call outcomes in Freshsales

  1. Go to Admin Settings in Freshsales.
  2. Select Sales Activities.
  3. Choose Phone as the activity type.
  4. Add the call outcomes you want to use.

Create matching disposition codes in JustCall

  1. Go to Settings in JustCall and click Call Dispositions.
  2. Create disposition codes that match your Freshsales outcomes exactly.
  3. Select a list heading to group the codes together.

Spelling must match exactly between both systems. JustCall matches disposition codes to Freshsales outcomes by name.


Test the sync

  1. Call a Freshsales contact.
  2. Select a disposition code during or after the call.
  3. Check the contact record in Freshsales. The matching call outcome should appear in the logged call.

If the outcome does not sync, verify that the disposition code name in JustCall matches the call outcome name in Freshsales character for character.
