Overview

JustCall integrates with Zendesk Sell to enable comprehensive communication tracking. While the system automatically logs calls and texts against Leads and Contacts, businesses can configure settings to capture interactions within the context of active deals.

Key Functionality

By default, JustCall records phone communications and text messages associated with Leads and Contacts in Zendesk Sell. However, the platform supports an additional feature: to optimize communication logs, businesses can take advantage of integration settings to enable logging against associated deals in Zendesk Sell.

Important Limitation

Note: Multiple contacts can be associated with a single deal in Zendesk Sell. Due to API constraints from Zendesk, the system cannot log communications against deals unless the contact is designated as the primary contact for that deal.
