Zoho CRM Integration with JustCall
Overview
This guide explains how to connect your Zoho account with JustCall to associate activities with leads and access caller information during calls.
Integration Steps

Log In to JustCall
- Access your JustCall account at justcall.io

Navigate to Integrations
- Click on 'Integrations' in the sidebar

Search and Select Zoho
- Search for 'Zoho' and click 'Integrate'

Choose Your Data Center
- Select the Zoho data center that matches your location

Enter Credentials
- Provide your Zoho account login information

Authorize Access
- Click "Accept" when prompted to allow JustCall access to your data
- A confirmation message stating "The integration has been successfully added" will appear

The integration enables you to:
- Screen incoming calls with caller information displayed
- Link each activity to relevant leads
- Access comprehensive caller data during conversations
- Improve productivity and call management
Chrome Extension Enhancement
Install the JustCall Chrome extension to add click-to-call and click-to-text buttons directly in your browser, eliminating the need to use your phone manually.
Compatibility Note
Click-to-call and text icons are currently available only in standard Zoho CRM, not yet supported in Zoho CRM+.
