Use the JustCall dialer plugin in Front

Embed the JustCall dialer directly inside Front. Make and receive calls, send texts, transfer calls, and check voicemails without switching apps.

Available on: Team plan or higher


Install the plugin

  1. In Front, click your profile dropdown and select Settings.
  2. Go to the Plugins and API tab.
  3. Click Add plugin.
  4. Paste https://app.justcall.io/justcall-front-plugin as the Endpoint.
  5. Select Legacy as the SDK version.
  6. Return to your Front dashboard and click the expand plugin button.
  7. Choose your plugin name from the menu. Pin it for quick access.

What you can do with the plugin

Make and receive calls

The dialer appears on the right side of your Front interface. Initiate outbound calls or accept incoming calls directly from the panel.

Send and receive texts

Compose and read text messages through the dialer. Conversations display in threaded format. Use the search bar to find specific message threads.

Transfer and merge calls

Transfer calls to team members, contacts, or external numbers. Use 3-way calling through the transfer popup window to merge participants.

Review call logs

Access three types of logs from the dialer:

  • Recent calls -- your call history
  • Missed calls -- calls you did not answer
  • Voicemails -- listen to or download recordings

Edit call ratings, dispositions, and notes for any logged call. Use quick-action buttons to call or text from a log entry.

Set your availability

A status indicator at the top of the dialer shows whether you are available. Hover over it to switch between Available, Unavailable, or Always Closed.

Skip recording (Pro plan)

Manager-level accounts can pause recording during sensitive parts of a call when call recording is enabled.

Monitor queued calls

A badge appears when calls are in your queue. It shows the count and links to the Call Activity page in your JustCall Dashboard.

Adjust settings

Configure Account, Dialer, and Audio settings from the plugin. No need to open your JustCall dashboard.
