Connect JustCall to Helpwise

Link JustCall to Helpwise so every call and text message made through JustCall is automatically logged as an activity in your Helpwise shared inbox. Your team gets full visibility into customer communications without manual data entry.

Available on: Team plan or higher

Before you start

• You need an active Helpwise account with API access.
• You need your Helpwise API key and secret.

Step 1: Get your Helpwise API credentials

1. Log in to your Helpwise account.
2. Go to Settings > API (https://app.helpwise.io/settings/api).
3. Click Generate Credentials if you have not created them yet.
4. Copy both the API key and API secret.

Step 2: Connect JustCall to Helpwise

1. Log in to your JustCall account.
2. Select Integrations in the left sidebar.
3. Find Helpwise and click Integrate.
4. Paste the API key and API secret from Helpwise.
5. Click Save.

What gets logged

Once connected, every call and SMS on your JustCall account is automatically logged as an activity in Helpwise. No additional configuration is needed.
