Add Team Members for Jobber Integration

Configuration is available only through the JustCall Web Portal. Mobile and desktop apps do not support Jobber setup.

Overview

User Mapping enables admins and account owners to assign all team members to their corresponding Jobber users simultaneously, eliminating manual per-user integration and streamlining setup.

Effortless Reintegration CRM tokens occasionally expire or encounter technical issues. Rather than requiring users to manually reconnect, admins can use the Reconnect option to reauthorize access instantly while preserving existing mappings.

Smart Automation

  • Auto-mapping: Matching email addresses across platforms map automatically
  • New User Detection: When team members join, the system checks for corresponding Jobber users and integrates them automatically

Mapping Instructions

  1. From Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
  2. Navigate to My Active Integrations tab and locate Jobber
  3. Click the Configure button on the Jobber integration card
  4. In the Map Users section, view JustCall Users (left) and Jobber Users (right)
  5. Use dropdown menus to:
    • Select matching Jobber users
    • Leave as Pending if unmapped
  6. Use Search or Show Unmapped Users to filter results
  7. Click Save Changes at the bottom; optionally apply settings across all team members via checkbox

Important Note

If the admin who authorized the JustCall-Jobber connection is removed from either platform, the integration ceases functioning for all team members.
