Overview
JustCall automatically logs call details in your integrated Intercom account, including call recording links. This feature can be disabled for organizations concerned about access restrictions.
Why Disable This Feature?
Two primary reasons exist for disabling call recording link logging:

Privacy concerns: Call recordings may contain sensitive information that should not be accessible to everyone who has access to the call details.

Compliance requirements: Certain industries or regions may have strict regulations on call recordings. Disabling the logging of call recording links can help you comply with these regulations.
How It Works
Default Behavior
By default, JustCall logs conversations with comprehensive call details including call notes, disposition codes, call timing, and recording links. The recording link directs users to a JustCall page where they can listen to and download recordings for internal audit purposes.
When Feature is Enabled
When you enable the option to disable recording link logging, all call details remain visible in Intercom—except the call recording link itself is excluded from the logged information.
