Overview

This feature enables you to consolidate SMS conversations within a single ticket rather than creating separate tickets for each message exchange with a customer.

Setup Instructions

To activate this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Access your JustCall account and navigate to the Integrations section
  2. Locate Zoho Desk in the integrations list
  3. Click the gear icon next to "Zoho Desk" to open advanced settings
  4. Enable the feature by checking the box labeled "Log text messages in a single ticket"

Benefits

Once enabled, the system will consolidate incoming and outgoing text messages under a single ticket, making it simpler to review complete customer conversations in one location rather than across multiple tickets.
