You can easily monitor where your calls are logged in Zendesk by using Integration logs. This guide explains how to locate a specific call that has been logged into your Zendesk account.

Steps to Track Your Calls

Follow these steps to find your call logs in Zendesk:

  1. Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review.

  2. View Integration Information: Click on the "Integrations tab" to access the Zendesk integration logs for that call.

  3. Access Zendesk: A link will appear in this section that directs you to Zendesk, showing exactly where your call has been logged.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter error messages or don't see integration logs despite having a connected Zendesk account, contact support with a screenshot of your call details for assistance.
