Connect JustCall to LeadSimple

Overview

The LeadSimple and JustCall integration enables calling and texting directly within the CRM. All incoming and outgoing communications are automatically logged against contacts, ensuring complete communication tracking. Users can utilize Click to Call and Click to Message functionality.

Prerequisites

  • An active LeadSimple account
  • Admin access in LeadSimple

Step 1: Access & Copy the API Key in LeadSimple

  1. Log into your LeadSimple account
  2. Navigate to Settings then Integrations in the left sidebar
  3. Locate and click on JustCall from the integrations list
  4. Click the Copy button or manually copy the unique API key

Step 2: Enter API Credentials in JustCall

  1. From your JustCall Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
  2. On the Integrations page, navigate to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab
  3. Search for LeadSimple and click the +Integrate button
  4. In the connection dialog, fill in:
    • LeadSimple Email: Your LeadSimple account email
    • API Token: Paste the API key from Step 1
  5. Click Save

A confirmation message indicates successful integration setup.
