Track Your Calls on Ontraport

Overview

You can monitor where your calls are logged within Ontraport using the Integration logs feature. Follow these steps to locate a specific call that has been logged into Ontraport.

Steps

  1. Access Call Logs Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review. This will open the Integration Logs window.

  2. View Integration Details Click on the "Integrations tab" to display the Ontraport integration logs associated with that call.

  3. Access Ontraport Record A link will be displayed in the Integration Logs section. Click this link to be redirected directly to Ontraport, where you can view the logged call record.
