Configure Follow Up Boss integration settings
Control exactly what JustCall logs to Follow Up Boss. Choose which call types to track, enable AI-powered transcriptions and summaries, and pick which phone numbers participate in logging.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Open the settings page
- From your JustCall Dashboard, select Integrations in the left-hand menu.
- Go to the My Active Integrations tab and find Follow Up Boss.
- Click Configure on the Follow Up Boss card.
- The settings page opens with three sections: General Settings, Workflow Settings, and Connected Numbers.
- After making changes, click Save Changes at the bottom.
- To apply settings across all team members, select the checkbox before saving.
Use the JustCall web portal for configuration. Mobile and desktop apps do not support these settings.
General settings
| Setting | What it does |

| Create New Lead if not found in Follow Up Boss address book | Automatically creates a lead when a contact is not in your address book |
| Enable logging of Scheduled calls | Logs scheduled calls as tasks in Follow Up Boss |
| Enable logging of Calendar Appointments | Records appointments in Follow Up Boss |
| Log Call transcription link | Adds JustCall AI transcription links to call logs |
| Log Call Summary | Adds JustCall AI call summaries to call logs |
| Log Call analysis data | Adds detailed JustCall AI interaction records to call logs (Team Plus plan or higher) |
Workflow settings
Choose how each call type gets logged in Follow Up Boss:

| Outgoing answered calls | Disable or Call |
| Outgoing unanswered calls | Disable or Call |
| Incoming answered calls | Disable or Call |
| Missed calls | Disable or Call |
| Voicemails | Disable or Call |
Set any call type to Disable to stop logging it. Set it to Call to log it as a call record.
Connected numbers
Select which JustCall numbers log call activity to Follow Up Boss.
- Open the dropdown to see all numbers on your account.
- Select individual numbers or click Select All to enable logging for every number.
- Only calls made or received on selected numbers will appear in Follow Up Boss.
