Log JustCall AI Data in HubSpot

Feature Access & Requirements

The Log Call Transcription Link and Log Call Summary features are available on the Pro Plus plan or higher, or can be accessed as part of the AI Review Assist add-on with lower-tier plans. However, using Log Call Analysis Data requires the Pro Plus plan or above.

Recommended Usage: Manage this feature through the JustCall Web Portal, as HubSpot configuration is not supported on mobile or desktop apps.

How to Enable Logging

  1. From your Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
  2. On the Integrations page, go to My Active Integrations and find HubSpot
  3. Click the Configure button on the HubSpot integration box
  4. In the settings page, navigate to General Settings
  5. Toggle on all three options:
    • Log Call Transcription Link
    • Log Call Summary
    • Log Call Analysis Data
  6. Click Save Changes (optionally apply across all team members)

Viewing Logged Data in HubSpot

  1. Log into your HubSpot account
  2. Navigate to the Contacts section
  3. Select your desired contact or call record
  4. Scroll through the Activity Timeline to see logged JustCall AI data
