Connect JustCall to Bitrix24 to call and text contacts directly from your CRM. The integration adds click-to-call and click-to-text buttons, automates SMS workflows, and logs every interaction automatically.
Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)
Before you start
- A Bitrix24 Cloud account is required. On-Premise and Self-Hosted accounts are not supported.
- Install the JustCall app from the Bitrix24 Marketplace before connecting.
- Your Bitrix24 plan must have available app installation slots.
- This integration is not available in Russia, Belarus, or Kazakhstan.
Connect JustCall to Bitrix24
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
- Open the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for Bitrix24.
- Click +Integrate on the Bitrix24 card.
- In the connection dialog, click I've installed the app. If you have not installed it yet, use the provided marketplace link first.
- Enter your Bitrix24 account URL.
- Click Integrate to complete the setup.
Automatic user linking
After setup, JustCall matches users by comparing email addresses across both platforms. Users with the same email on JustCall and Bitrix24 are linked automatically. For users with different email addresses, an admin must map them manually.
