Add Team Members for HubSpot Integration
Overview
The User Mapping feature enables JustCall administrators to map all team members to their corresponding HubSpot users—in one go, eliminating individual integration requirements.
Important: This functionality is currently available only to a limited number of accounts and will be rolled out gradually. Contact support for early access.
Prerequisites
Before enabling User Mapping, the account owner must remove the HubSpot integration for all team members who have already integrated individually. This prevents conflicts with existing user-level integrations.

Smart Automation

Mapping Instructions
- From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
- Navigate to My Active Integrations and search for HubSpot
- Click the Configure button on the HubSpot integration box
- In the Map Users section, view JustCall Users (left) and HubSpot Users (right)
- Use the dropdown to select matching HubSpot users or leave as Pending
- Filter results using Search or Show Unmapped Users
- Click Save Changes at the bottom
- Optionally select the checkbox to "apply these settings across all team members"
Important Warnings
If the admin who initially authorized the JustCall-HubSpot integration is removed from either platform, the integration stops working for all team members.
What Remains Unchanged
- Users retain individual integration settings under My Active Integrations
- Admins can apply global settings or allow customization per user
- Features like call logging, text tracking, and CRM syncing continue functioning as before
