Connect JustCall to HubSpot
Overview
The JustCall and HubSpot integration enables seamless communication by allowing you to call and message your contacts directly through JustCall. All interactions are automatically synced with HubSpot as activities against respective contacts.
Prerequisites
- An active HubSpot account (create one at hubspot.com/signup-hubspot if needed)
Feature Requirements
This feature requires a Team plan or higher. The integration is best managed through the JustCall Web Portal, not mobile or desktop apps.
Integration Steps
- Access Integrations: From your Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
- Find HubSpot: Click the All Integrations tab and search for HubSpot
- Start Integration: Click the +Integrate button on the HubSpot integration box
- Authorize Access: You'll be redirected to HubSpot's site to grant JustCall access (log in if needed)
- Connect Account:
- Account Owners/Admins: Select your HubSpot account to integrate, then click "Connect app"
- Team Members: Select the domain (only if owner/admin completed setup first)
- Confirm: A confirmation message appears when integration succeeds
Important Notes
An admin or owner only needs to set up the integration once to map all users in the account. Each user must individually connect their own HubSpot account with JustCall, though a single JustCall account supports multiple HubSpot integrations.
