Analyze your JustCall conversations in Gong

Send your JustCall calls to Gong for conversation intelligence, talk-ratio analysis, and searchable transcripts. Once connected, every call made through JustCall flows into Gong automatically.

Available on: Team plan or higher

Before you start

• You need an active Gong account.
• If you are a JustCall account owner, designate yourself as a Technical administrator in Gong under Work and permission settings.

Connect JustCall to Gong

Step 1: Start the integration in JustCall

1. Log in to your JustCall account.
2. Open Integrations from the sidebar.
3. Search for Gong and click Integrate.

Step 2: Authorize the connection

Account owners and managers:

1. Enter your Gong account login email.
2. Click Integrate.

Team members:

1. Enter your Gong account login email.
2. Check the box if you have Technical administrator permission enabled in Gong. Leave it unchecked if you do not.
3. Click Integrate.

Step 3: Approve access in Gong

You will be redirected to Gong's authorization page. Click Allow to complete the connection.

What happens next

All calls made through JustCall are sent to Gong for analysis. You can review conversation metrics, transcripts, and coaching insights directly in your Gong dashboard.
