Route callback requests from the CallPage widget on your website to a JustCall phone number. When a lead requests a callback, CallPage calls your agent on JustCall first, then dials the lead once the agent picks up.

How the callback flow works

  1. A visitor enters their phone number in the CallPage widget on your website.
  2. CallPage calls your JustCall number (the agent's number).
  3. After the agent answers, CallPage dials the lead.
  4. The lead picks up and the conversation begins.

Set up the connection

Step 1: Create a CallPage widget

Create a widget in CallPage and specify the domain where it will appear. Each widget receives a unique ID for pairing with an agent.

Step 2: Assign a JustCall number

Create a new team member or consultant with an active JustCall number, or assign the widget to an existing team member who already has one.


Once configured, every callback request from that widget routes automatically to the assigned JustCall number.
