LeadSquared Integration with JustCall

Overview

The JustCall-LeadSquared integration enables you to call and message leads seamlessly. JustCall creates activities against leads whenever there is an incoming call/text from a lead or an outbound call/text from a user, allowing you to track all communications directly in LeadSquared.

Integration Steps

1. Log into JustCall and navigate to the Integrations section from the sidebar
2. Search for LeadSquared and click the Integrate button
3. Enter your credentials:
   • Access & Secret Keys (found under Settings > API and Webhooks in LeadSquared)
   • Business Location
4. Click Save to complete the setup

Once configured, the integration will appear in your active integrations list.

Chrome Extension

The JustCall Chrome Extension provides click-to-call and click-to-text buttons directly within LeadSquared, allowing you to initiate calls without having to pick up your phone.

Important Notes

• Access Keys Location: Find your API credentials under Settings in LeadSquared
• Custom Activity Type: JustCall creates a custom activity event type within your LeadSquared account by the name 'Justcall' for logging call activities
• Activity Tracking: Custom activities can be found under the Custom Activities & Scores section in LeadSquared
