Log Call Notes Under the Notes Section in HubSpot
Feature Access
This feature requires a Pro plan or higher. The HubSpot configuration must be managed through the JustCall Web Portal, not mobile or desktop apps.
Overview
JustCall enables users to capture notes during or after calls with customers and prospects. These notes are automatically logged into HubSpot, providing a centralized record of important information discussed during phone conversations. The feature logs notes to both the Activity section and a dedicated Notes section in HubSpot contacts.
How It Works
Once enabled:
- Notes entered during or after a call are automatically logged in both the Activity and Notes sections of the contact in HubSpot
- This creates a unified location for accessing all key details from customer conversations
- Call notes are consolidated with other communication information
Use Cases

How to Enable/Disable Notes in HubSpot
- From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
- On the Integrations page, go to My Active Integrations tab and search for HubSpot
- Click the Configure button on the HubSpot integration box
- You'll be redirected to the HubSpot settings page
- Click the Advanced Settings section
- Locate the option: "Log call notes under the Notes section" and toggle it on
- Click Save Changes at the bottom. Optionally select the checkbox to apply settings across all team members
