Sync scheduled calls to Copper as tasks

Keep your follow-up calls visible in Copper by syncing scheduled calls as tasks. Every call you schedule in JustCall automatically appears in your Copper task list.

Available on: Team plan or higher

Enable scheduled call sync

1. In JustCall, go to Integrations and find Copper.
2. Click the configure button to open advanced settings.
3. In the General settings tab, toggle on Create new task for scheduled calls.
4. Click Save.

Schedule a call

You can schedule follow-up calls in two ways:

• From the dialer: After completing a call, schedule a follow-up directly from the JustCall dialer.
• From Scheduled Calls: Go to the Scheduled Calls section in JustCall and create a new entry manually.

Both methods create a corresponding task in Copper automatically.

What syncs to Copper

Each scheduled call creates a task in Copper with the contact's details and the scheduled date and time. Your team can track and manage follow-ups from either JustCall or Copper.
