Track and Generate Reports Based on Call Outcomes in HubSpot

This capability requires the Pro plan or higher.

Recommended Usage: Configure this feature via the JustCall Web Portal. Mobile and desktop app configuration is not supported.

Overview

JustCall syncs predefined call outcomes from HubSpot, displaying them in the post-call screen. Users select outcomes after each call, which JustCall then records back to HubSpot's activity records for consistent tracking and reporting.

What are Call Outcomes?

In HubSpot, call outcomes are customizable fields recording call results—such as Connected, Left Voicemail, or Follow-up Required. They support activity categorization for reporting and workflow automation purposes.

How It Works

  1. JustCall retrieves outcome definitions from HubSpot
  2. After calls end, users see a dropdown with available outcomes
  3. Selected outcomes sync to HubSpot's Outcome field on associated activities

Last Call Outcome Field

Enabling this feature creates a Last Call Outcome custom property in HubSpot that:

  • Stores the most recent outcome per contact
  • Updates for all JustCall and Sales Dialer calls
  • Enables contact filtering, list building, and workflow triggers

Use Cases

  • Data consistency: Ensures outcomes match between systems
  • Automation support: Triggers workflows based on recorded outcomes

Enable/Disable Instructions

  1. From Dashboard, select Integrations
  2. Navigate to My Active Integrations tab
  3. Search for HubSpot and click Configure
  4. Access HubSpot Integration Settings
  5. Click Advanced Settings
  6. Toggle on: "Track and generate reports basis call outcomes in HubSpot"
  7. Click Save Changes (optionally apply across all team members)
