Pipedrive Integration - Create Contacts Automatically While On A Call

Overview

JustCall's Pipedrive integration enables automatic contact creation during calls. When you receive a call from or dial a new contact, it's immediately created in Pipedrive with a link displayed in the dialer. This functionality works for both inbound and outbound calls and is available on Desktop apps, Web apps, and Chrome plugins.

Key Features

The system displays existing contact names or labels new entries as "New JustCall Contact." Users can access Pipedrive profiles directly from the dialer interface while actively on calls.

Setup Instructions

To enable automatic contact creation:

1. Navigate to the Integrations section in your dashboard sidebar
2. Locate the My Active Integrations section
3. Click the configure button on the Pipedrive row
4. Access the Advanced settings tab
5. Toggle the switch labeled "Create contacts automatically while on a call"
