Log your calls in Zoho CRM

Overview

You can track where your calls are logged in Zoho using Integration logs. This guide explains how to find a specific call logged into Zoho.

Steps to View Integration Logs

  1. Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review to open the call information window.

  2. Expand Integration Logs: Click on the "Integration logs" section to expand the Zoho integration details.

What You'll See

Under "Integration logs," you can determine whether your call was successfully logged into Zoho or not.

The section includes:

  • Direct Link: A link redirecting you to your Zoho account where the call is logged
  • Error Messages: If the log is missing, you'll see an error message explaining why the call wasn't logged (typically due to missing CRM integration)
