Log Your Calls in Nimble
Overview
You can track where your calls are logged in Nimble by using Integration logs within JustCall. This feature helps you locate specific calls that have been synced to your Nimble account.
Steps to Find Your Logged Calls
- Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review.
- Open Call Details: Click on the call to open the call information window.
- View Integration Logs: Click on the 'Integration logs' option to expand the Nimble integration logs section.
What You'll See
Under the Integration logs section, you can determine whether your call was successfully logged into Nimble or not.
Success Scenario: A link will appear that redirects you directly to your Nimble account where the call is logged.
Error Scenario: If the integration log is absent, an error message will display explaining why the call wasn't logged. This typically occurs when your JustCall account is not integrated with the respective CRM.
