Steps to Track Your Calls

Follow these steps to find a specific call logged in Pipedrive:

1. Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the call you want to review to open its details window.

2. View Integration Logs: Click on "Integration logs" to expand the Pipedrive-specific integration information for that call.

3. Access Pipedrive: You'll find a direct link in the integration logs section that takes you to where your call is recorded within Pipedrive.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any of the following issues:

• Error messages appearing
• Integration logs not displaying despite having integrated your Pipedrive account
