You can track where calls are logged in Zoho Desk using Integration logs within JustCall. This feature helps you locate specific calls and verify successful logging to your CRM.
Steps to Find Logged Calls

Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review.

Open Call Information: Click on the call to open its detailed information window.

View Integration Logs: Click on "Integration logs" to expand the Zoho Desk integration details.
What You'll See
Under the Integration logs section, you can verify whether your call was successfully logged into Zoho Desk. The interface provides:
- Success Confirmation: A visual indicator showing the call was logged
- Direct Link: A hyperlink that redirects you to the corresponding Zoho Desk record
- Error Messages: If logging failed, an error message explains why (commonly due to missing CRM integration)
Troubleshooting
If you don't see an integration log or encounter an error, the most likely cause is that your JustCall account is not integrated with the respective CRM. Ensure your Zoho Desk integration is properly configured before expecting call logs to appear.
