Group SMS Conversations Under Single Activity in HighLevel
Overview
Instead of logging each SMS separately, JustCall consolidates all messages exchanged with a contact on the same calendar day into a single activity within HighLevel. This reduces timeline clutter and improves team efficiency.
Important: Grouping uses your JustCall-configured timezone, not IST or UTC.
How It Works
Once enabled:
- All incoming and outgoing SMS with a contact on the same day appear grouped into a single activity in HighLevel
- Messages on different dates start new grouped activities
- Latest messages display at the top for quick access
Enabling the Feature
- From Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
- Go to My Active Integrations tab and locate HighLevel
- Click Configure on the HighLevel integration box
- Navigate to Advanced Settings section
- Toggle on "Group SMS conversations for a specific date and contact under a single activity"
- Click Save Changes at the bottom; optionally apply across all team members
Accessing Grouped Conversations in HighLevel
- Log into your HighLevel account
- Open the Conversations tab
- Select your desired contact/conversation
- Look to the right-hand sidebar for contact details
- Scroll to the Notes section
- Click to view grouped SMS messages
