Connect JustCall to noCRM.io.io.io

Integration Overview

The noCRM.io and JustCall integration enables users to:

• Make calls and send texts directly from noCRM.io profiles using click-to-call and click-to-text features
• Automatically log all communication history, including call notes, disposition details, and recording links
• Access call summaries, action items, call scores, and AI-generated insights within noCRM.io for better coaching and decision-making

Note: An owner or admin must complete the initial setup using noCRM.io's API credentials before team members can integrate their accounts.

Setup Instructions for Owners and Admins

1. Sign in to your JustCall account at justcall.io/login
2. Navigate to the Integrations section and locate noCRM.io
3. Click the "+Integrate" button next to the noCRM.io listing
4. Complete the pop-up form with three required fields:
   • noCRM.io domain name
   • API key
   • Email address

Obtaining noCRM.io Credentials

For the domain name:

• Log into your noCRM.io account
• Extract the domain from the page URL and copy it into the JustCall form

For the API key:

• Click the Settings icon in noCRM.io
• Select "Admin panel"
• Navigate to Integrations then API keys
• Click "Create an API Key" and copy it to the JustCall form

5. Enter your noCRM.io email address
6. Click "Integrate"

You'll receive confirmation: "Integration connected successfully," and noCRM.io appears in your active integrations.

Setup Instructions for Team Members

Once an admin has completed the setup:

1. Log in to your JustCall account
2. Go to Integrations and search for noCRM.io
3. Click "+Integrate"
4. Select your noCRM.io domain from the dropdown
5. Enter your noCRM.io email address
6. Click "Integrate"

Success message will confirm: "Integration connected successfully"
