Connect JustCall to Slack

Feature Overview

The Slack and JustCall integration lets you receive real-time call, SMS, and activity notifications from JustCall directly in your Slack channels, helping teams stay informed and collaborate faster without switching tools.

You can install multiple Slack integrations, each sending different event types to different channels.

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure you have:

• An active Slack workspace
• Permission to add apps and manage integrations in your chosen channel
• Access to the target Slack channel for notifications

Integration Steps

Step 1: Access JustCall Integrations

Navigate to your Dashboard, select Integrations from the menu, click the All Integrations tab, and search for Slack.

Step 2: Start Integration

Click the +Integrate button on the Slack integration box. You'll be redirected to Slack's authorization page (log in first if needed).

Step 3: Grant Permissions

Select your workspace, review the requested permissions, and click Allow to authorize access.

Step 4: Add JustCall to Your Slack Channel

In Slack, open your target channel, click the channel name, go to Integrations, and click Add an App. Search for and add JustCall to the channel.

Step 5: Confirm Setup

Return to the JustCall setup screen and click "I've added JustCall to my Slack Channel" to continue.

Step 6: Select Channel and Complete

Choose your Slack channel from the dropdown and click Integrate to finalize the setup.

Important Notes

• The Slack configuration is only available via the JustCall Web Portal, not on mobile or desktop apps
• All user roles must individually integrate their JustCall accounts with Slack using the same process
