Back up call recordings to Dropbox

JustCall stores your call recordings by default, but connecting Dropbox gives you an automatic backup in your own cloud storage. Every new recording syncs to a dedicated JustCall folder in Dropbox.

Available on: Team plan or higher


Connect Dropbox

  1. Log in to JustCall.
  2. Go to Integrations and find Dropbox.
  3. Click Integrate. Only managers and admins can authorize integrations.
  4. Log in to Dropbox when prompted and grant permissions.
  5. JustCall requests access to create and use a folder named JustCall inside your Dropbox Apps folder.
  6. Confirm that you authorize JustCall to store recordings in Dropbox.

If you are not ready to authorize recording storage immediately, you can do it later from Integrations > My Active Integrations.


What happens after connecting

All future call recordings sync automatically to your Dropbox account.

To transfer older recordings made before the integration was connected, contact JustCall support via in-app chat or email help@justcall.io.
