Track your calls in Salesforce
Overview
You can easily track where your call is logged in Salesforce using Integration Logs. This guide shows you how to find where a particular call got logged in your Salesforce account.
Steps
Step 1: Access Call Logs
Navigate to the Call Logs section and click on the specific call you want to review to open the call information window.
Step 2: View Integration Logs
Switch to the Integration Logs tab and then expand the Salesforce integration logs to see the details.
Step 3: Access Salesforce Record
You'll see a link provided for the created Task. Click on this link to be redirected to Salesforce where your call is logged.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter an error message or don't see these logs after integrating your Salesforce account, reach out to support. Provide a screenshot of the call details to help with the investigation.
