Log Calls as Voice Tickets in Zendesk Integration
Overview
The JustCall-Zendesk integration enables users to record calls as voice comments within Zendesk tickets. This feature is enabled by default for accounts created since November 2020.
Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to enable voice comment logging:

Access Integrations: Log into your JustCall account and navigate to the integrations section in the sidebar.

Configure Zendesk: Click the configure button next to your integrated Zendesk account.

Review Settings Page: You'll be taken to a settings page displaying configuration options.

Enable Voice Comments: Select the option to "Log tickets with voice comments on Zendesk."

Save Changes: Click the Save button to apply your preferences.
Benefits
Once enabled, all JustCall calls are logged as voice comments in Zendesk. This functionality allows agents to listen to call recordings and voicemails directly within Zendesk without switching between applications, enabling faster customer response times.
