Log JustCall appointments as meetings in ActiveCampaign

Keep your CRM in sync with your calendar. When someone books an appointment through JustCall, it automatically logs as a meeting in ActiveCampaign and links to the correct contact.

How it works

When an appointment is booked via your JustCall calendar:

  1. JustCall searches for an existing ActiveCampaign contact by the booking email.
  2. If no email match exists, it searches by contact phone number.
  3. If neither matches, JustCall creates a new contact and logs the meeting.

Every scheduled interaction gets tracked in your CRM.


Enable appointment logging

  1. Go to Integrations from your dashboard.
  2. Open the My Active Integrations tab and find ActiveCampaign.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. In General Settings, toggle on "Log scheduled appointments as tasks."
  5. Select your preferred task type from the dropdown (Call, Phone, Custom, etc.).
  6. Click Save Changes.

Optionally apply settings across all team members.


Important notes

  • Use the JustCall web portal for configuration. Mobile and desktop apps do not support this feature.
