Keap (fka Infusionsoft) Advance Integration - Create Contacts as soon as call arrives

Overview

The JustCall Keap integration enables automatic contact creation when you receive incoming calls. When a caller isn't already in your CRM address book, a contact is immediately created on Keap. The contact link appears on the dialer or Chrome extension popup, allowing you to access and update their profile during the call.

Availability: Desktop apps, Web apps, and Chrome plugin

Key Features

  • New contacts display as "New JustCall Contact" or show existing contact names
  • Access Keap profiles directly from the dialer popup
  • Add details gathered during conversations before the call ends
  • Available on standard plans (view existing contacts) and premium plans (create new contacts)

How to Enable This Feature

  1. Open the Integrations page from the dashboard sidebar
  2. Navigate to My Active Integrations
  3. Click the Settings icon next to Keap
  4. Select Create a contact on Keap as soon as call arrives
  5. Click Save (Contact Sales if Save isn't visible)

Pricing & Availability

This feature is included in the Premium plan. The standard plan provides links to existing CRM contact profiles only.
