Send Text Reminders for Appointments

Overview

JustCall enables automatic text reminders to contacts and prospects who schedule meetings or calls. This integration uses Zapier and requires a free account at zapier.com.

Setup Instructions

JustCall as a Trigger App

1. Open Zapier and click "Make a Zap"
2. Select JustCall as your trigger application
3. Choose trigger type: "New Appointment"
4. Connect your JustCall account
5. Pick a sample appointment to schedule the text for

JustCall as an Action App

1. Select JustCall again as your action app

2. Choose action: "Schedule text message"

3. Connect the JustCall account that will send messages

4. Configure the message template with these fields:

   • To Number: Customer's phone number (from trigger)
   • From: Your JustCall number
   • Body: Message text with personalization fields (first name, last name, email)
   • Date & Time: Based on "Meeting Booked" field
   • Offset: Minutes to adjust timing (negative values send before meeting; use -15 for 15 minutes prior)

5. Test the Zap to verify setup

6. Monitor your JustCall inbox for scheduled messages
