Send Bulk SMS from Pipedrive

Overview

JustCall enables users to dispatch bulk text messages directly through their Pipedrive accounts. The platform allows customization using contact details like names, emails, and organizational information.

Step 1: Select Recipients

Navigate to your Pipedrive contacts section and choose "people." In the contact dashboard, select all customers or leads receiving the SMS. Pipedrive's filter functionality helps refine your contact list.

Step 2: Create the Campaign

After selecting contacts, click the three-dot menu and choose "JustCall Bulk SMS." This directs you to the campaign creation interface where you can develop and personalize messaging.

Campaign Setup Instructions

1. Campaign Name: Enter a descriptive title
2. Phone Number: Select your assigned JustCall number
3. Scheduling: Choose date and time for deployment
4. Message Content: Compose your message and insert personalization fields (recipient name, email, country, organization, etc.)

Once configured, you'll receive a success notification.

Step 3: Complete Payment and Launch

Click "Go to Campaign Page" to view all created campaigns. Pipedrive-originated campaigns display the Pipedrive logo. Click the "Pay Now" button to finalize and schedule your campaign.

Important Note

For extensive contact lists, "Fetching contact" appears temporarily instead of "Pay Now." Refresh your page after one minute to access the payment button.
