Transcribe and analyze calls with Fireflies AI

Connect Fireflies AI to JustCall and every answered call recording uploads automatically. Fireflies transcribes the audio and delivers summaries, keyword highlights, and sentiment analysis.

Available on: Team plan or higher. Fireflies AI paid plan required (free plans do not include API access).

Connect the integration

1. Log in to your Fireflies AI account.
2. Go to Integrations and search for Fireflies API.
3. Copy your API key from the bottom right corner of the page.
4. Log in to JustCall and go to Integrations.
5. Search for Fireflies and click Integrate.
6. Paste your API key in the popup and click Integrate.

You should see "Integration Connected Successfully." Fireflies now appears under My Active Integrations.

Each admin and team member needs their own Fireflies API key. Recordings only upload for calls assigned to users who have completed the integration.

Configure sharing permissions

Recordings uploaded from JustCall inherit the default access settings in your Fireflies account. To control who can view call recaps:

1. In Fireflies, go to Settings > Meeting Settings > Meeting Recap Links.
2. Select who can view meeting recaps by default.

For example, choosing "Only Me" restricts visibility to the person whose API key was used. These settings apply to all recordings uploaded from JustCall.
