Track logged calls in Freshsales
Verify that your calls are reaching Freshsales and jump straight to the record. JustCall integration logs show the sync status for every call and link directly to the Freshsales entry.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Find a logged call
- Go to Call Logs in JustCall.
- Select the call you want to check. The call information window opens.
- Click Integration logs.
- A link appears that takes you directly to the call record in Freshsales.
Troubleshooting
If you do not see integration logs or you see an error message:
- Confirm your Freshsales integration is active under Integrations > My Active Integrations.
- Check that the phone number used for the call is included in your connected numbers.
- Contact support with a screenshot of the call details for further help.
