Configure Close CRM integration settings to control call and SMS logging

After connecting JustCall to Close CRM, configure your integration settings to control how calls and texts are logged and how new leads are handled.

Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)


Access your Close settings

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
  2. Open the My Active Integrations tab and find Close.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. Adjust settings across three sections: General Settings, Workflow Settings, and Connected Numbers.
  5. Click Save Changes when finished.

Use the ON/OFF toggle at the top right to enable or disable the integration without removing it.


General Settings

SettingWhat it does
Create new leads for unmatched numbers (ON)Automatically creates a lead in Close when a call or text involves a number not linked to any existing lead
Create new leads for unmatched numbers (OFF)No new lead is created for unknown numbers

Turn this on to capture every potential lead from incoming and outgoing communications.


Workflow Settings

Choose how each communication type is recorded in Close:

Connected Numbers

Select which JustCall phone numbers log activity to Close:

  • Use Select All to enable logging for every number.
  • Check individual boxes to select specific numbers.
  • Separate settings are available for call logging and SMS logging.
