Integrate Intercom with JustCall

Overview

JustCall seamlessly integrates with Intercom, enabling you to call and text customers while automatically tracking activities as events within Intercom.

Setup Instructions

  1. Login to JustCall - Access your account at justcall.io/login.php

  2. Navigate to Integrations - Click "Integrations" in the sidebar and search for Intercom

  3. Authorize Connection - Click the "+ Integrate" button on the Integrations page

  4. Grant Permissions - You'll be redirected to Intercom servers to authorize JustCall access to your company data

    • Note: If managing multiple Intercom companies, authorize separately for each one
  5. Confirm Setup - After authorization, you'll return to JustCall with a confirmation message

Features

Contact & Event Syncing:

  • All users/contacts sync automatically with Intercom
  • Outbound calls generate events including call recordings and voicemail links
  • Inbound calls create events with duration, recording URL, and notes
  • Text messages (inbound/outbound) generate events with full message details

Browser Extension: Get the JustCall Chrome extension for click-to-call and click-to-text functionality directly from your browser.

Important Notes

  • Initial sync takes 15-20 minutes to sync with your contacts
  • Contact updates require 2-5 minutes to update
  • By default, contacts/users sync; leads require support team configuration
  • Text automation available through JustCall and Zapier (Team/Pro plans)
