Get your scheduled calls logged in to Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
Overview
This feature enables logging of JustCall scheduled calls as tasks within your Keap account.
Activation Steps
1. Enable the Feature
Navigate to the Integrations section and locate the Keap tab. Click the gear icon to access advanced settings. Check the box labeled "Create activities for Scheduled Calls."
2. Schedule Follow-up Calls
You have two options:
Option A: After completing a call, select "Schedule Follow-up Call" directly from the call interface.
Option B: Manually schedule calls using the call scheduler available in the Scheduled calls section.
Result
Both methods automatically generate a task in your Keap account that documents the scheduled call details.
Additional Features
The integration also supports appointment scheduling through public links, allowing you to share booking calendars with customers and sync with Google Calendar.
