Configuring ServiceTitan Integration Settings

Overview

After successfully adding the ServiceTitan integration to JustCall, you can configure various settings to streamline customer communication. This integration automatically syncs customer data and logs all call activities within JustCall.

Access Method: Use the JustCall Web Portal (configuration unavailable on mobile/desktop apps)

How to Access Settings

  1. From Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
  2. Navigate to My Active Integrations tab and search for ServiceTitan
  3. Click the Configure button on the ServiceTitan integration box
  4. You'll be redirected to the ServiceTitan settings page with these options:
    • Map Users
    • General Settings
    • Workflow Settings
    • Connected Numbers
  5. Click Save Changes when complete; optionally apply settings across all team members

General Settings

Log Call Transcription Link

  • Toggle to enable logging of JustCall AI data for transcription links
  • Available on Pro Plus plan or higher, or with AI Review Assist add-on

Workflow Settings

Configure how different communication types are logged in ServiceTitan (options: Disable or Notes):

  • Outgoing answered calls
  • Outgoing unanswered calls
  • Incoming answered calls
  • Missed calls
  • Voicemails
  • Incoming SMS
  • Outgoing SMS

Connected Numbers

  • View all numbers connected to your JustCall account via dropdown
  • Use Select All for all numbers or manually choose specific ones
  • Configure logging for phone calls and SMS messages separately
