Track JustCall calls as events in Google Analytics
Log every inbound and outbound JustCall call as an event in Google Analytics. Each completed call triggers an event you can view under your Google Analytics Events report. This integration runs through Zapier.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Before you start
- You need an active JustCall account, a Google Analytics property, and a Zapier account.
Set up the Zap
- Open the JustCall + Google Analytics Zap template in Zapier. JustCall and Google Analytics are pre-selected as the trigger and action apps.
- Confirm the trigger event is set to Call Ended.
- Test the trigger and select a sample call.
- Confirm the action is set to Create a Measurement (sends a measurement event to Google Analytics).
- Edit the template fields and select your Google Analytics account and property.
- Test the action step to verify events are received.
- Turn on the Zap.
Connect JustCall to Zapier
If you have not connected JustCall to Zapier before:
- Log in to your Zapier account.
- Visit the JustCall page on Zapier.
- Authenticate with your JustCall credentials.
- Build automations using pre-made Zap templates or the Zap Editor. No coding is required.
How it works
When a call ends and is logged in JustCall, Zapier triggers the automation and creates a corresponding event in Google Analytics. You can use these events for campaign attribution, call volume tracking, and reporting.
