Log WhatsApp Messages to Deals, Tickets & Contacts in HubSpot

Overview

JustCall's WhatsApp integration with HubSpot enables teams to:

  • Log WhatsApp messages under contacts and companies
  • Associate messages with active Deals
  • Log activities against existing Tickets or create new ones
  • Choose specific numbers for WhatsApp message logging

Setup & Configuration

Enable Logging of WhatsApp Messages in HubSpot

Activate WhatsApp logging and choose between incoming, outgoing, or specific numbers.

Associate WhatsApp Messages with Deals

Automatically log WhatsApp messages under deals linked with contacts or companies.

Log WhatsApp Messages in ServiceHub Tickets

Choose to log messages in open tickets or create new ones for every message.


Log WhatsApp for Specific Phone Numbers

Control which numbers should log WhatsApp activity into HubSpot.

Steps:

  1. From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
  2. Navigate to My Active Integrations tab and search for HubSpot
  3. Click Configure in the HubSpot integration box
  4. You'll be redirected to HubSpot settings
  5. Click the Connected Numbers section
  6. In Connected Numbers page:
    • Look for "Log WhatsApp Message for these phone numbers"
    • Click dropdown to view all connected JustCall numbers
    • Select All or manually check specific numbers
  7. Click Save Changes; optionally apply across all team members

Important Note

You must have WhatsApp enabled on at least one JustCall number to begin logging. Learn how to set up a WhatsApp Business Account using a JustCall number.
